Africa’s booming populations, rapid urbanisation and growing household consumption are driving demand from large companies for Grade A warehousing and logistics facilities in key economic hubs. Large-scale infrastructure projects, NGO and private-sector ventures in remote locations are driving up demand for high-quality, long-stay, corporate accommodation. These two areas are the focus of our Property Services portfolio.
From Grade A warehousing and logistics facilities in key economic hubs, to high-quality, long-stay serviced accommodation in remote locations, demand for property services is growing across Africa.
